i am of the opinion that the reason for the late filings is they want to announce the firm financials of not only the companies but the announcement of exactly what they are doing as far as financing the merger into the apsi framework. then the firm move forward. I also believe the waffling was intentional and we will find the company they are doing buisness with is the major player in price depression so they can get a firm grip on stock. this company will be huge if they keep on with mergers,aquiring regions already developed and open new and better designed facilities where needed. the savana depot should be the model not a novel inception
