A trade transaction occurs either when a buyer accepts the asking price or a seller takes the bid price. If buyers outnumber sellers, they may be willing to raise their bids to acquire the stock. Sellers will, therefore, ask higher prices for it, ratcheting the price up.

LMAO, buying pressure creates a rise in the market and selling depresses prices, as basic as one can get in economics.

More buying demand for the number of available shares for sale, drive up the price.

When more shares are available for sale than the demand to buy causes the price to drop.

I love it when the price drops and folks blame Nekkid Phantom Shorty.
