Whatever news comes out or is about to come out.... wont help the share price. The company is on the ASK and dumping the BID, its plain as day. They have been doing it for 4 months now and the OS has almost tripled in the same span.

Gotta ask yourself why VTXB is issuing new shares @ .001 REG A offering... and then ALL of those shares are being sold into t2-t4. Last I remember, investors buying offerings like to MAKE money, not dump it for Joe Wade Mezey and Todd Higley who did jackshit in the last 6 years, except lose PAS contract, bloat the SS and acquire the same amount of bitminers(and pay a 3rd party to run them lol) as my next door neighbor.

If you do get in, dont make it for very long and take your picks and pops, thats all this is worth. BTC gonna have to run up to 40k before this can do anything above TRIPS, and thats if they turned the faucet off, which I doubt.
