Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong here but I've been thinking about this whole "unsolicited quotes" designation and it sounds like it could be a massive, combustible catalyst to a stock that's tightly held with huge news. If the float is indeed miniscule and there's no shenanigans on the order book bc it's unsolicited only, it appears like this thing could hit crazy numbers if there's FID + r/m news.
