I'm really surprised investors didn't reach out to one of the many ambulance chaser companies that do class action lawsuits, to go after the company and these fake stock analysts and promotors of IBIO telling people it was a BUY from $125 all the way to a buck plus.

Stock is down 99% due to mismanagement, overblown compensation packages and a bag of 'discoveries' in their pipeline that haven't moved and inch forward in years.

Now they just approved more money (RSUs) to give to the stand-ins since they can't get any qualified CEO to take the job. Who wants to be the CEO that mops up and turns off the lights?

IBIO printing $1.4733. What was it? Down over 20% yesterday and over 10% today. Next leg down more like it.

TikToc - IBIO has 10 more days left. End of next week. I wish them the best of luck trying to get something above their water mark on the facilities, but they are in a weak position to negotiate. We'll see.

"No assurance can be given that the Company will be able to enter into a Purchase Agreement no later than April 14, 2023, as required by the Fourth
Amendment despite ongoing negotiations undertaken for such sale. The failure to enter into a Purchase Agreement no later than April 14, 2023 is an immediate default under the Credit Agreement.
