No doubt the OTC is a cesspool of market manipulation.
Buys are counted as sells, sells are counted as buys. Trades are not counted until after hours. All at the convenience of MMs under the guise of creating a market. If you are looking for a fair and honest trading ticker you will not find it in the OTC.

What I mean by news is something to create volume so the MMs can sell the dilution into. The amount of dilution is finite.
But…
What matters with dilution is how low the MMs will need to bring the PPS to create volume for their clients to dump their shares.

The PPS would be much lower had Nash not PRed the acquisitions to coincide with new shares hitting the market. In the OTC lenders depend on the CEO to pump the stock so they can sell their shares. If a CEO fails to pump up the stock price and volume so the lenders can sell and make a nice profit the CEO won’t attract any future lenders. It is a symbiotic relationship.
If the brokers and MMs do not get a good sell average for the lender the lender will find someone else to sell his shares. It is all about the money.
We are nothing but gambling scum to them. They see us as suckers that can be easily deceived and manipulated to separate us from our hard earned cash.
Sorry slimjim, that is just the reality of materialistic human beings being guided by greed.
It is at every level. Government tyrannical leaders are psychotic. Normal people don’t seek positions of power and control. The psychotic rise to the top.

When it comes to the OTC and money, a tick can swallow a cow.
