The offering states that they could dilute up to 2.5bil new shares. People who run small little water shacks in NC who have already subdivided their company 2.1bil times and plan for an additional 2.5bil sub-divisions are not serious people. What would the earnings per share be on 4.6bil shares even if they had $10mil in revenue in 2024?
