pursuant to SEC Form S-8, the Company has determined to issue 2,000,000,000 shares of common stock to advisors and consultants.



They had 3,116,312,983 (according to OTC data) shares left to dilute before hitting the new A/S of 9.5 billion.

The data for A/S hasn’t been updated in months, so who knows if the O/S is accurate
