TnT; Better to work the process flow out before you build the refining facility rather decide to modify it after. (I know...heard it before...)

The merger is in the rear view mirror. Management is currently attempting to get EXIM financing so THAT necessarily means delay.

However, I think that at this point they should enough money to start up local infrastructure (Road upgrade) or purchasing additional Land, maybe enough for Cementation contract and digging the two shafts so Scott can get a crew and drill down there to do additional coring. Depends on Scott's critical path planning.
