It doesn’t have to be just the note holder selling for dilution to occur. The company can still dilute directly.

At several points today, there were ~ 250k blocks on the ask. That is 5% of the last reported OS for each one. No way that retail had that many shares and was just throwing them up there - someone was diluting, and if not the note holders it had to have been the company.
