Mekaddesh may very well be a false front. It could have been positioned temporarily to simply fulfill the 18 month rule and keep everything legit. Knowing no news has surfaced since the annual report came out about 3 weeks ago that stated the ticker is no longer consider a shell, if Mekaddesh was the real McCoy to officially take the reins going forward with Franks and HD’s approval, there would have been no reason not to press release something even if it was limited on the details to at least start laying the groundwork of public awareness of the new company and JPEX ticker. That’s why I mentioned in a previous post that if Frank and HD had a sense of urgency and wanted to start recouping some of their financial losses, the only way to do so is by press releasing something to create the investor awareness and create the impression of a optimistic future for JPEX. That hasn’t been the case here and strategically there must be a reason behind it…
