From what I remember didn't a judge already rule Scamscum cannot use NetList IP anymore~?

I agree that NetList does have every right to be vindictive with all 3 amigos. Whether they will be is up to Chuck. When settlements come NetList will have more than enough money to not be impacted by the 3 amigos should Hong decide to pull the plug. There will be plenty of customers going forward without those 3.

Just pleading guilty for these 3 does nothing for me. I want punitive damages for YEARS of abuse and subterfuge against NetList. The 3 were allowed to make tons of money while also gaining market share. NetList was suppressed, with much of their revenues stolen by others who had infringed on NetList IP. NetList was projected to have a billion dollar- multi billion dollar market cap by 2014.

For the 3 to plead guilty is not enough for me. The damage has been done to NetList for almost 2 decades.
