Here is something to watch in level 2 OTCN/X is almost always the lowest M on the BID and the ASK. Watch what happens on the close for those on think or swim at least. Look now to see how many shares OTCN/X is showing on the bid & ask vs every other M, then see where they are immediately when the markets close and what they show on the bid and ask.
