If the price of metals broke free of their control that would mean that the entire system fell apart. If that were to happen........Remember all money is debt. All debt is money. If all the debt were to go away, all money would go away. And vice versa.
All stock markets, all pensions, all 401k's. All loans, all mortgages.......The world would burn.....
History proves that generally several times each century, ...3 to 5 or so, the world tends to reset. It gets carried away. After 1929, the S and P did not make a new high for 16 years...We used to get depressions once a decade before the banksters took over...Depressions were almost common. We may not be looking at a fast, 2007 GFC event, where everything went to hades in less than a year. Maybe something that just shows a general transfer of wealth in fits and starts, from the decadent West and its Debt Based Ponzi "financialized" stock market economies, amidst unending corruption.....over to Asia and elsewhere where the future looks very bright indeed. The Chinese now have a larger middle class than america has people, amidst its shrunken middle class. Russia has virtually no national debt; a limited government, a tax system where individuals pay 10 grand per year maximum in taxes....the future looks exceeding bright for asia, and now even the middle east, possibly over time Latin America and Africa is showing something....Russia just cancelling 20 billion in food debt owed to it by the africans, a nice thing, and China is building the colossal one Road and Belt initiative which will change the earth....so america slides to Escape from New York type lifestyle, the rest of the world goes up in living standards...the dollar will surely fall...so many deals are now being done between countries which used the dollar just 3 to 4 months ago, but today, no more....
All of these other countries believe in gold and silver as money, not as a rival. America will ultimately collapse. This is the way it went with the romans by the way, exact same thing only now, in the information age, things cycle ten or twenty or fifty times faster in some but not all ways.....Nobody is afraid of the American Death Star Empire any longer; Russia has shown this......and this has been a seminal event as America's corruption government grows immeasurably each year.......when the dollar starts sliding meaningfully, as the countries dump and dump, there will indeed be fear from americans....and their rulers.
