Chuck Hong does not seem like the type who would retaliate. And I agree it is better to go forward with the technology and licensing fees than be vindictive which really solves nothing.

Just making a point that the 3 amigos are lucky to have use of NetList technology even though they don't see it that way. They claim ownership which is outrageous.

Both Samsung and Micron have the cash. With RAND the outcome has no set limit on punitive damages.
And all three companies are involved in the infringement of NetList patents separately in the EU. An admission of guilt does nothing but leave them wiggle room to do something like this all over again. There has to be a monetary penalty that hits each of them where it hurts their bottom line. Meaningful damages make companies like these think twice before doing something like this again.

Will be happy with settlements, licensing fees, and possible royalties.

As April 14th approaches..............
