I didn't say there was going to be a merger between AVVH and GOLD QUEST GROUP - I said it would never happen.

When a Form 15 company like AVVH which is a hijacked shell and Dark meaning it doesn't report to the SEC. So there isn't any audited financials. No one should ever believe anything in a press release from a hijacked shell that isn't a SEC filer without verifying every detail in the press release.

And when doing real DD to expose a OTC scam - you never repost a company generated press release. That is just parroting the company hype.

It is like when Sanchez stated - "Jun 27, 2022
$AVVH shareholders, the first loans will be going into the company in July and will appear in the 1Q 2023 period ending Aug 30."

That still hasn't happened and that was 9 months ago and still no revenue.
