Are you counting their new marine purple production platform?

I would have to see why they would make SS instead of much more lucrative proteins, using this process. I don't care what their claims are, if they aren't making other proteins where they could get a much higher ROI, why would you get excited about this? Show me the costs associated with the process. They are still going to have a long way to go to get down to KBLB's costs, and even then what are the properties of the final fiber?

If you turn the world upside down, bringing protein production costs down, you got something and it would be great. But you wouldn't start with making SS and it is still going to be cost prohibitive. The high costs are in the extraction and purifying, maybe not in that process.
