Are you saying the original settlement of $115,000 and 1.5 million shares had been increased to $155,000 and 4.2 million shares as the final settlement? If so, then Bookbinder felt he had a strong case and either he or DNAG rejected the original offer, only to end up with the significantly higher final offer. Seems a litle odd to me, but no one knows what the parties were thinking.
