Dozens of countries large and small are ditching it, inspired by another american failed country takeover, this time in ukraine, and the world's new consensus that Russia and China together have a stronger, and possibly much stronger military and economies. All over the world the countries are saying that the American system is "bankrupt." Regime change now is taking place for the dollar itself, as opposed another american takeover target.
