High C, I read your post on the other board. 25 million in five years is peanuts? Do you think CDEX is an IBM or something?

I see no excuse whatsoever for the CEO of a small start-up company (strapped for cash) to pay his Son-in-Law a salary of over 300K a year and 900K in shares (over a million dollars at the time).

What did this guy do? Name one contribution this guy made to the cause that another qualified person couldn't have done for 80K a year? HeII, name one thing this guy actually did? Anything, besides signing his name on a couple documents?

It's ridiculous. Don't even respond, there's nothing you can blab that would even remotely justify such a fleecing of company funds.

But it's your problem, not mine! :)
