Should they just ignore the fact they're on the Expert Market and has traded between $.0001 and $.000001 for over a year now?

Or that the last financials they submitted to OTCM was in 2011?

Btw, you need to reconcile at some point the conflicting info between what Delaware SOS indicates is the A/S and what OTC Markets show was the A/S in 2020. They could be providing wrong data. Pacific isn't their transfer agent anymore, btw.

A company can't just lower the A/S to less than what the O/S is without doing a R/S, you know. And they haven't done one in awhile.
