Highlights
• 2022 Balama Ore Reserve estimated at 110.3 Mt at 16.4% total graphitic carbon (“TGC”) for 18.0 Mt contained
graphite – forecasts 50+ year mine life, 0.5 life of mine average strip ratio and ~19% TGC ore grade processed
to 2047
• 2022 Balama Mineral Resource estimated at 1,035.7 Mt at 11.6% TGC for 120.0 Mt contained graphite – based
on updated pit shells and revised TGC cut-off grade that demonstrates Reasonable Prospects for Eventual
Economic Extraction (“RPEEE”).
