I believe you're correct, tax loss selling brought it down , note holders shorted for cheap shares, fell between the cracks, ..
Nothing has changed, few board members exited the room, some added to os ..ok.
Great opportunity, great position to be in at this level..multi dollars can happen fast.
The otc has been beaten to death, digging thru the rubble, you have to find the winner's.. nice find Z
