Got papers in the mail for ECGR yesterday. Formerly ONCI. Looks like they are on the move to start an acquisition process of something.

It was the ENTI "we will find out later" player in the scheme of things.

Looks like 250,000,000 SS is their target after some processing.

What was the price? $1.24
