Perhaps, we will get something out of the 10K filing..... the delay issued right before closing I think curtailed a GREEN close.... which was setting us up for a nice week ahead.... Regardless, the Dilution needs to stop (or slow way down) and get the Acquisition closed... that was suppose to by April 1st.... (hoping that is in the 10K but not holding mt breath).

Only place to go is up!!!.. (Well, barring a huge add'l DUMP of shares)

Entire OTC is launching.... No reason for this one not to go with it.
