An expectation isn’t material. Besides, the application and approval process is public info. At this point Tony can’t even apply (assuming it’s a 5% acquisition or more.

Ross is waiting on Tony. At least that’s how I understand it with info provided by my source.

Tony could Tweet info to prove me wrong, but he’s more interested in regurgitating old news…..because there is no new news.

I guess he can’t answer my email about the “alleged” false info I posted so I could correct the record because I’m not a shareholder.

If Tony had an attorney working on the deal last June, he should have instructed Tony to get current with Illinois, which would be a first step.
