Apple Rush Has Signed Contract to Acquire Lena Brewing

 
Titusville, Florida April 1, 2023 


Apple Rush Company, Inc. (OTC:APRU)  has signed the contract finalizing the purchase agreement of Lena Brewing Company( https://www.lenabrewing.com ).  An LOI had previously been announced to acquire Lena Brewing Company, and CEO Tony Torgerud is happy to announce the contract between the parties to consummate this deal has been signed by all parties. See the video on our Youtube Channel. Initial earnest money has been made, we are finalizing the terms of additional capital required, and we plan to announce the full closing in the near future.  
 
We are proud that we have no convertible debt in the company and the financing to complete the
Lena Brewing Company purchase will be 100% non-dilutive.  As we look to expand our brand
and to add assets via acquisition moving forward, we will follow the same path in building
and protecting shareholder value.  We thank our investors and shareholders for their
