Red, you must know it hurts me to agreee with fisty, but she is right about one thing, "there is no TMM BK filing"... at least not a court approved one. HOWEVER, the reason is that the judge told them they had to clean up the books to show where some of the stock was, among other things.
However, If they COULD do that they could quailfy.......they do not, at this point. Again, HOWEVER, one DOES file, not just declare, to a court, and must have court approval for protection under bankruptcy laws.
That may be splitting hairs, but it is accurate
