You could also read it that way. However, it's interesting to note that the developments in the TRCA-INSM story are now much more in the open concerning the general public than they were.

Also: it is interesting to note that the doctors who apparently did endorse TRCA in the NYT article, didn't do so before the court. I'd think this is peculiar, but could be caused by the trial strategy of the TRCA/DNA attorneys.
