I thought the same thing when I saw that. Yes, rents have gone up, but he didn’t have to raise the rent on his own company. He knew it would lower profit. Seems he’s never been concerned about share price. Guess he figures he will make money from going public in other ways, like rent. Don’t know why I have stuck with this company so long. Own too many shares already and thinking of getting more if it goes lower!
