I've been doing a little research on Prom and going back I see that American Benefits group, the company before Prom was headed up by Gerald Sklar. He owned 85% of an investment company that controlled ABFG and Dror had the other 15%. The CEO was Gerald and the grunt that did all the nasty leg work was Dror. There are some other names but they don't amount to much. It would appear the real brains of this outfit is Gerald Sklar. Good old Gerald has a manufacturing facility in Canada and sales outlets in New York as well as other places. Gerald is interested in precious stones and gold. You see to Gerald the minerals are everything. They are the lifes blood of his business. The stock is meaningless and is only a tool. I doubt that they are selling much gold and I don't think they sell ant stones. I think we have been had. The stock is worthless and when it has filled their needs they will fold it and start another company just like they did in the past. If I am right and its only a guess, I believe we are all bag holders. They were successful in the past so why not keep it going.

Just my opinion

This is only my opinion. You should research before you invest to limit your risk. When you invest in pinks its all risk and most fail, Never risk more the 10% of your holdings in pink sheet stocks!
