Securities fraud=business as usual in the Moochaelian family.



Correct !!

Today is SEC FILINGS DUE for ALL public companies... aka their 10-K "Annual Report" and/or a 10-Q for "non calendar yr" filers....and this POS will NOT file so much as a Yellow Post-It note - not a chance in hell itself !!

Thus, QNTA-CON will now have a FULL YEAR OF MISSED FILINGS and besides being GRAY MARKET TRASH and having LOST THEIR MARKET MAKER 211 STATUS will be deemed PERPETUAL NON-FILERS and the ticker can move to removal status by SEC/FINRA.....
