think that's nuts???? I don't know about other states but new jersey has a phone app...NJ lottery.com they list all scratch off winners still available for the 50+ scratch off games out there at any time, but most people buy their "favorite" even though there may be only 1 or 2 winners left out of a 4.5 million issue (yeah they print 4.5 million cards of each game and reload another 4.5 million if it's popular)....so easy to just check the site before you buy and pick the game with the most winning cards available. I saw an old lady buying 10 scratch offs one day recently that had ZERO winners left and I spoke up, big mistake she basically told ne to STFU and mind my own business so good luck to anyone wanting to wake up or educate newbie investors.
Been in the OTC for decades, before computers, you would think with all the tools available NOW investors would be less lazy, but no, they seems lazier now more than ever!
