I appreciate the definition of the mechanics of who the R/S helps directly, but I was looking for any good reason for the common shareholder from some here that might have a more direct relationship with the company.

Down 70% from the companies announcement of the R/S plan, in which the reason is they need a higher share price certainly doesn't showcase good business sense. I say they have a very good knack by their own actions of how to drive this into the dirt, now show me the business acumen that was purported in the beginning to spend the time and money that brought this company back to life.
