News report this morning on CNBC on tight supply and drug demand of Adderall. Major manufacturers, Teva and Sandoz expect shortages to continue this year as the DEA has only granted small increases. It seems obvious that both of these company's might want to take tiny elite into their fold as a source for added production of a drug which sells out.

This is the last day Elite is tied to Lannett for distribution which removes a major impediment to a possible takeover.
