Just saying...there's tweets and there's filings

I understand what filings require.

So, why would filings not include information shared on supposed SEC approved tweets?

Otherwise, why tweet anything? For those shareholders not living on twitter maybe give them an opportunity to see the same info published in an 8-K or 10-Q.
