ART is very unhappy with the illiquity caused by late payments from hospitals causing PCTL to have illiqudity spells,we all know how hospitals operate when their bills are due,I had to deal with them quite often..ART is looking for a way to speed up recievables payments in order to increase liquidity,not a bad idea at all.Now with AGR AND EOR payments it should be much better from Q1 2023 ON!!!TIME SHOULD TELL US IF PCTL IS WORTH KEEPING...I'M BUYING AND HOLDING !!!! JMHO
