I have no information however I feel with out shares moving up the top guys get nothing !!!!
So what is in it for them if they can not put offf there idea nothing !!

And they did put up some of there own money to but shares!
No shares have been sold by them !!!
And what you call the free shares they get for there pay and worth unless then more the price
So in my opinion they have nothing to gain
!!!
Unless the idea works !!!!
