Anyone that doesn't understand how big an issue Naked Short Selling(NSS) is in our public markets is uneducated on the topic. Our govt., bankers, Wall Street, basically all institutions have committed fraud at some point, but we are supposed to believe that brokers are above the fray? They have been fined repeatedly for these very actions, and it is too lucrative to give up. And frankly, it's too easy. I'd be willing to bet that well over 50% of public companies are being shorted via NSS or have been at one time or another. APRU is no different, and I have no doubt there could be a nice short position here. Watch how MMs fill orders, it can be very telling.

We all know what happens with solid news, those shorts get forced to cover because brokerage firms do not like being on the hook. Just need the fuel delivered.....
