Lowered the conversion threshold per amendment , obviously doesn’t mean it will get there ..
Was necessary because of trading range ..
They’ve been diluting , however “carefully” adding slightly over 50 million to the os since 2020 year end report.. os 206,148,000 year end 2020 os 154 mil
I’m actually looking forward to what Scott Conant. Brings to. The table
