Let me explain to you nimrods…..

There WILL be a conversion from Pref to common. The govt will NEVER pay cash to existing Pref holders, so they will offer a conversion of Pref to common.

Give needs to issue new Pref at much lower interest rates so only put is to convert Pref to common.

I will get Par value for my Pref paid out in common. This will be newly issued common. All existing common will be null and void.
