That is 100% Misleading statement because the company has been always reporting the SAME And FIXED OS (4.595B shares) from every Quarterly or Annually financial report since 12/31/2019 at least while the Lying-TA has reported the 100%-FAKE Wrong SS since 02/08/2022!

Note, on 02/08/2022 the TA did Once report the 100%-TRUE Correct SS for PBHG! Perhaps the company switched the TA after 02/08/2022.

On February 8, 2022 the TA ever confirmed: 5,000,000,000 shares AS, 4,595,000,000 shares OS, 2,393,692,730 unrestricted shares, 2,201,307,270 restricted shares, and 1,770,414,901 shares held at DTC! In fact, the otcmarkets.com still shows 21,117,766 shares float on 02/08/2022!

Buying its Cannabis peer (CBG*) at Top 0.357 = buying PBHG at 0.329186 which is 1645.93 Times of its Bottom 0.0002!

Buying its Marijuana peer (MJN*) at Top 0.2220 = buying PBHG at 0.224313 which is 1121.565 Times of its Bottom 0.0002!

Buying its Hemp peer (HEM*) at Top 0.0412 = buying PBHG at 0.207281 which is 1036.405 Times of its Bottom 0.0002!

So, PBHG is Much Much Much Much Much Much Much Cheaper than all those Same-Industry OTC Pink-Sheet peers now!
