Interestingly what is even more concerning is why would someone trade (1) share

I pointed out it wasn't a "trade". And that if one wanted to understand why it wasn't, they could call their broker and have it explained to them. It has nothing to do with a ticker being on the Expert market.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
