wonder if anyone has reached out yet? Sounds like some of skeptical of Dixon for past deals? But this share structure is hard to ignore. And the fact that there were some pretty high profile sports names interested in this product a few yrs ago. Maybe it wasn't the product that was the problem...but the operators of the Co itself? Not sure on that one. Reading the filing it looks like A-1 got a good deal. If I read right...assets only no liabilties or debt...and they pay the seller by issuing them 10% of revs until $4M is paid off. Seems like a decent deal to me!?! Maybe they are ablel to get Steph back on board or some other athletes and make another run at it?

The original co was able to raise $28M on the first go round....someone must have saw something in this product? Or maybe it was just that they saw some star power behind it? I'd like to know what happend to the business on that go round?
