Of course, he tithes personally. I do the same thing in that our company tithes and we tithe. This is normal for many businesses. What is the big deal. Truthfully it shows appreciation for the help provided by his belief in a fabulous friend. Tithing is a great concept. In fact the concept was laid out by his friend, that you give and it comes back ten times many times. You can't beat that. No one is upset about his tithing but a small minority. Go RSHN
