My comment is mostly geared to a previous topic about market collapse. It is a comment about trading in general and nothing to do with the current, past or future PPS of XALL.
XALL would be below.002 if there was panic selling.
But…
Expect motivated sellers if there aren’t any updates by April fools day.
Or…
No Attorney Letter by the end of April.

When it comes to the OTC and money, a tick can swallow a cow.
