Amazon (Jeff Bezos) buying AMC Entertainment Co. would be a huge plus to AMC, APE and AMZN shareholders.
I estimate it would cost Jeff Bezos $20 Billion ($6 Billion for the current AMC debt, $14 Billion for 1.44Billion [AMC+APE] at $10 PPS) shares outstanding).
It would give Jeff Bezos complete control of the movie theater industry with movie releases from Amazon Studios. He will be bigger then SONY, Paramount, Warner Bros, etc. put together in the movie theater distribution markets.
I estimate that AMC & APE share prices will run up to at least $10 pps each making them both equal to each other once and for all. If this buyout theory is announced before April 27, Amazon will win. They will get AMC at bargain basement prices. They could literally convert AMC & APE shares 1 for 1 to AMZN shares now trading at around $97 pps. Because AMC & APE will be each worth around $100 pps post split or $10 pre split value.
If you convert AMC to APE now, you will make at least 300% - 700% in profit. If Amazon buys AMC Co. out.
Do the math and choose wisely. Don't get married to your stock and place your money in the best hands possible, your own.

GLTA AMC APES

BTW, If AMC & APE shares convert to AMZN it would force the shorts to cover/close their short AMC positions. At least legally you cannot carry a short position into a new company. A Squeeze would result for this alone. Making AMZN Co. much richer in the process. Since AA does not believe in short squeezes, maybe Jeff Bezos does.
NOTE: Shorts and Wallstreet do not like to short/manipulate large, rich, and powerful companies like AMAZON. They only go after the weak and risky companies they can drive to bankruptcy.

Think About this people.
