Some observations,
The analysts suggest voting for the Sabina buyout today.
I think that the Sabina shareholders are not in favor.
They might want to consider that by close today BTG has probably made up the buyout price of this buyout and then some.
Sabina shareholders will be picking up a dividend they don't currently have and have Snowline gold potential likewise. They will also have over 1M
ounces of gold produced a year. Sabina will still be until the first pour in 2025. I am reinvesting dividends in the mean time.
They will have a top mining company going forward.
The increase in BTG today alone will allow them to make more buys.
Not telling them what to do but saying it might make sense for them.
