That "privilege" thing pertains to attorney-client privilege. It gives the former attorneys for Immune the ability to continue to communicate and collaborate with the trustee on items that would be subject to that privilege. It is nothing more.
Why are some folks completely ignoring what Chapter 7 bankruptcy is? There is no possibility whatsoever of any sort of value for the common stock.
