I think we can all disregard any talk about an RS on this stock,, it ain't gonna happen!!!
WHY you ask??
1. This company will likely NEVER become a fully reporting and compliant company!! Any suggestion to the contrary is false, misleading, ignorant and probably fraudulent!! Just another company line put out there to pump the stock!!
2. It is highly doubtful that the SEC, Finra, Otc Markets or any other regulating industry will allow this company to reverse the shares because they won't ever likely be compliant and have the audited financials required to do so;;; it's just a PIPE-DREAM
I think that Mattyboy doesn't have ANY money that he can draw on to even pay the auditors. C'mon folks, it doesn't take 2 years to audit a company unless your Donald Trump!!!
3. This company is probably INSOLVENT. Mattyboy and his board accomplices aren't probably even getting paid their full salaries because I'm assuming the company is BROKE-ASS!! Why else would staff be leaving, or furloughed??
4. There have been ABSOLUTELY NO news releases about any new orders from Walmart since last September?? If this product was flying off the shelves, we would have heard about new orders by now, not just some obscure claim about winning $800,000 in some billing dispute!! Probably Walmart is trying to figure out how to get their money back from $INND for all the crap merch they now have in inventory. Let's not forget that this is apparently just Chinese Alibaba crap that can be bought directly for a lot cheaper.
5. What does $INND actually manufacture?? ANYTHING? or is it just a reseller of cheap Chinese crap haring amplifiers? What did $INND actually buy from IHear and Hearingassist? The company certainly paid enough for whatever they bought,, especially with the true-up issuance, and the next true-ups that I'm sure are coming this year. $INND still owes Shennib about $1,049,000 for the purchase of IHear;;; plus all those shares!!
6. I believe that Mattyboy and his daddy are both fraudsters of the highest order,,, and Momma Kim, well, I think she's just an idiot.. Probably doesn't have a brain in her coiffed head, except when she has Daddy Mark's 'head' in her mouth!!
7. I wonder if Mattyboy's sister is still being paid;; after all she is an employee of the company!! I suspect that she's the only family member not complicit in this debacle;; she always seemed like a nice girl.
8. the TRUTH is only a week away folks,, when $INND reports it results. What do we think we are going to see? I'll tell you what we are going to see---I'm betting we are going to see a nice rolled up yearly revenue number that is going to be little more than the numbers that we already know from the 2nd and 3rd quarter. Remember those numbers?? Where the company put ALL that revenue on the books even though it was just product being sold to Walmart that could still be returned, or not sold?? And then $INND used purchase order financing to basically get an "advance" on the sales to Walmart because;; they were broke ass and couldn't carry the Walmart payment terms and needed to pay for more hype!!
9. How are the kiosks doing? Because $INND only gets stronger when it pays retailers to put these out there with no information as to how they are supposed to make money!!! Here's a clue;;; THEY PROBABLY DON'T!!!
10 Last point for the day--- what's serious investor is going to buy 1 BILLION shares of THIS COMPANY with THIS MANAGEMENT, just so they can survive another 3 months before running out of money again!!! Mattyboy will probably true-up his family salary payments as soon as he gets new cash, and pay off the accrued salary to him self, his momma and daddy Mark!! Keep thrusting Mark!!
11. Does anyone know which aliases are confirmed to be Mattyboy and his cronies?? I'd love to get their input on these above points!!!
I'm just waiting to hear from Jeff about how he has scooped some low priced shares and then provide a technical analysis to justify this POS company to go higher!!
I think Jeff has the right idea, get in and out of this company as quickly as you can because it don't have any longevity -- I just wish the supporters on this board were upfront about things--- like, we are all just buying and/selling this every week and pocketing some good coin;; [20% or more] doing so!!!
THIS BOARD IS EITHER FILLED WITH TRADERS PLAYING THE GAME;; WHICH i RESPECT, OR SHEEP THAT SADLY DON'T KNOW ANY BETTER WHO ACTUALLY THINK THAT THIS COMPANY AND ITS MANAGEMENT HAVE A CHANCE AT SUCCESS.
